Decal Doctorz stands behind the quality of its decals. If there is a mistake with the final product or we ship you an incorrect item, we will replace the defective item and arrange for return shipping if return shipment is deemed necessary. In the event that an incorrect item is shipped, we will ship the correct item to you within 1 business day.
For all custom orders we send out a proof that you must verify and accept, therefore returns are not accepted on custom items unless we are responsible for the product defect (Please Triple Check Your Proofs For Correct Sizing!). In the event of a production error on a custom item, we will replace the defective item as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours).
Normal Wear and Tear:
While Decal Doctorz uses high quality 5-7 year vinyls, the products we sell are primarily used outdoors and are exposed to harsh environmental conditions that will lead to product wear over time. Graffiti, fading, scraping, peeling and other common environmental stresses do not constitute a defective product. Please be advised that some colours begin fading in 12-18 months if no clear coat is used.

Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee. What this means is that if for any reason you want to return your decals, we’ll take them back. Before you send your purchase back you must request a return authorization number (RA#) from us. You can do that by contacting us via email or phone. We will refuse your shipment if there is no RA# attached.
Please note:
1. Refund does NOT include shipping costs.
2. The decal must be in the same condition it was shipped in.
3. Custom designs are exempted from this guarantee.
Decal Doctorz has all rights to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to these terms.
