Products and Services

•      All decals are custom-made to order. Ensure all design details are accurate before approving your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.  
•      We are not responsible for the misuse of our products or any unintended applications.   •      Decal Doctorz is not responsible for the message or imagery displayed on any decals created, as we produce designs as submitted by the customer.

Orders and Payment

•      Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.   •      Payment methods include: E-Transfer, Cash, Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay  
•      Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

Shipping and Delivery

•      Tracked shipping is available for most orders. Customers choosing snail mail letterpost accept full responsibility for delays or losses, as this option does not include tracking.   •      Once your order is marked “complete,” it has been shipped or mailed.  
•      Decal Doctorz is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Refunds and Returns

•      Refunds and replacements are subject to our Refund Policy. Custom orders and items shipped via untracked methods are non-refundable.  
•      Any claims regarding damages or defects must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Intellectual Property

•      All content on our website, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Decal Doctorz or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.  
•      Customers submitting custom designs confirm that they have the right to use the provided materials. Decal Doctorz is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements on customer-submitted designs.

Limitation of Liability

 •     Decal Doctorz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.  
•      Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
