At Decal Doctorz, we strive for customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. However we understand that issues may arise. Our refund policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our business.

Eligibility For Refunds

 Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your decal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
• Incorrect Order: If we’ve made a mistake in your order (e.g., wrong design, size, or colour), we’ll gladly correct it at no additional cost.
• Lost Shipments: For orders with tracked shipping, if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a refund or replacment.

Changes or Cancellations

• Custom orders where the design was was approved by the customer prior to production.
• Orders shipped via snail mail letter post, as this method does not include tracking, and delays or losses are beyond our control.
• Items returned without prior authorization.

Refund Process

 Generally we always try to replace before refunding however from time to time a refund is the best solution. To request a refund, please email us at onlydecalsca@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos are also encouraged. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Changes or Cancellations

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
